« Awesome historical building with a spa! »

« Room was very clean for a cabin in the woods. Furniture outdated and worn out. Had to get our own outdoor chairs from another cabin because ours were broken. Pool and fitness center not open. Outdoor light not working and chain on door broken. Stay was comfortable for quiet relaxing which was the goal but could have been better with regular upkeep of cabin. »

Sarah contacted us, was up front with the potential issue, had already contacted a contractor, and had already looked to see if alternative accommodation was available to us.
